“We are honored to be a part of the county’s continuing investment in our community through its expansion along the I-70 corridor,” said library director Bill Martino. “We are biased, obviously, but it is our belief that libraries improve lives and continue to be a cornerstone of people’s educational and recreational wellbeing.”
This roughly $1.2 million, 5,000-square-foot location features a small meeting room, study rooms, computers, books and materials, and a dedicated children’s area.

The celebration will include a few words from board members and the library director, checking out the space, refreshments from Leerah’s Vegan Treats, and library swag such as library logo drinking glasses, stuffed versions of Tuttle the Turtle and other items, while supplies last.
“I and all of the staff here are excited to help and serve the community as best we can and of course, keep a look out for upcoming programs and activities,” said branch manager Jason Wearly.
New at this location will be an evening story-time program for children under 10 with their caregivers from 5:30 to 6 p.m. every other Thursday, Feb. 6 through Oct. 30.
There will also be a family game night at 6 p.m. every Monday beginning in February, and genealogy 101 at 6 p.m. each month on Feb. 12, March 12 and April 9.
The Tuttle branch is the sixth library location in the Clark County Public Library system in “an area that is seeing quite a bit of growth.” The other branches include three in Springfield, one in Enon and one in South Charleston. The library also has a bookmobile that travels around the county.
The hours for the library will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
